Full pig or 1/2 pigs! our pigs approximately 140lbs and a 1/2 pig is approx 70lbs in weight. We cut the pig into chops belly pork & joints, then pack it ready to use or freeze. Please call us on 01745 590524 to discuss differing butchering instructions.
